gpsLongitude on a FieldMeasurement pairs with gpsLatitude to provide the full coordinate of where the technician was standing when they recorded the data. Together, these coordinates are compared against the well's known location to compute gpsDistanceM. If the technician was too far from the well, gpsFlagged is set to true, alerting data reviewers to verify that the measurement was actually taken at the correct well.
