Field Measurement Notes

notes on a FieldMeasurement is the place for per-well field observations that don't fit structured fields — such as a malfunctioning water-level meter, a well casing that appears damaged, turbid water that didn't clear during purging, or a GPS lock issue that explains gpsFlagged. These notes are preserved in the FieldMeasurement record and are reviewed by data managers during QA and included in field report documentation where appropriate.
