Import Mapping Profile Usage Count

The usageCount on an ImportMappingProfile gives compliance staff a quick signal of how actively a profile is being used. A profile with a high usageCount is likely well-tested and reliable for its lab's format, while one with a usageCount of zero may never have been applied and could be a candidate for cleanup. Administrators reviewing the profile list can use this count to identify stale or duplicate labName mappings without needing to inspect individual import batches.
