The notes field on MonitoringWell is a free-text area for recording anything relevant to the well that structured fields cannot capture. Common uses include describing unusual construction details, documenting historical damage, noting access restrictions, or flagging that the well has a tendency to go dry in summer. These notes appear in the well detail view and can be referenced when planning sampling events.
