The preparedFor field on a ReportPackage appears on the report cover page and header. It is typically the responsible party for the site — the property owner, the regulated entity, or the regulatory agency requesting the report. Getting this right is important for multi-client consulting firms where the same Piper instance tracks multiple clients: each report should clearly identify whose project it belongs to. This name is also embedded in the generated PDF metadata, helping the recipient confirm the document was prepared for them.
