Site Boundary GeoJSON

`Site.boundaryGeoJson` stores a GeoJSON geometry string that draws the site perimeter on maps and constrains spatial well-placement validation.

The boundaryGeoJson field on a Site holds a GeoJSON polygon (stored as a string) that represents the site's property boundary. When populated, piper renders the boundary outline on site maps and monitoring dashboards, and can use it to flag any MonitoringWell coordinates that fall outside the expected perimeter. Paste valid GeoJSON exported from a GIS tool; the field accepts any geometry type but Polygon or MultiPolygon is typical for site boundaries.
