The Site is the organizing unit for all environmental work. Each site carries a unique siteCode used in reports and agency correspondence, a regulatoryProgram (such as RCRA or CERCLA) that governs applicable standards, and a sitePhase (Assessment, Remediation, Monitoring, Closure, or Closed) that tracks where the project stands in the compliance lifecycle. Address fields, geographic coordinates, a facilityId for agency cross-reference, and an optional boundaryGeoJson for map display round out the record. Wells, sampling events, chain-of-custody forms, and report packages all link back to the Site as their root.
