Every contaminated site has stakeholders who need to be reached — a regulatory project manager at the state agency, the environmental consultant leading the remediation, or the property owner. The SiteContact model captures each person's name, role, company, email, and phone on record. The isPrimary flag marks the main contact for that site, making it easy to pull the right person when generating report cover pages or sending notifications. Multiple contacts can exist per site.
