The notes field on Site gives your team a place to record contextual information about a site — historical contamination summary, known access issues, neighboring land use concerns, or regulatory negotiation history. Unlike structured fields such as sitePhase or regulatoryProgram, notes allow free narrative. They are displayed in the site detail view and included in site summary exports used during report preparation.
