Each time a Site record is saved, updatedBy is refreshed to the current user's identifier. This lightweight audit trail lets project managers and compliance reviewers quickly see who last touched the site configuration — for example, who changed the sitePhase from Remediation to Monitoring, or updated the regulatoryProgram. It pairs with the updatedAt timestamp to give a complete picture of the most recent modification.
