Threshold Set Assignment Site

The siteId on a ThresholdSetAssignment determines which site's AnalyticalResults are evaluated against the assigned ThresholdSet. Each site in a multi-site monitoring program may have different regulatory requirements, so ThresholdSetAssignments are created per site rather than globally. When new AnalyticalResults are committed for a site, Piper retrieves all active ThresholdSetAssignments for that siteId, then evaluates each result against the ThresholdValues in every assigned set to detect any exceedances.
