The EventInbox is how Relic safely receives events from other Skarn products without acting on the same message twice. Each incoming event is stored as a row identified by its unique eventId, along with its type, the source product that emitted it, the time it arrived in receivedAt, and its full payload. When the event has been handled, processedAt is stamped — a row whose processedAt is still empty has not yet been processed. Because the eventId is the primary key, a duplicate delivery of the same event simply collides with the existing row instead of triggering the work a second time, which is what makes cross-product messaging reliable.

Event Inbox
An EventInbox entry is the record of an inbound event that Relic has received from another product, keyed by its `eventId` to guarantee idempotent processing.
