The processedAt field marks the moment Relic finished acting on an inbound event. It starts out empty, so a row with no processedAt is one that has been received but not yet processed — exactly the set of work still outstanding. Once the event's handler completes, the timestamp is filled in. Comparing processedAt against receivedAt shows how long an event sat in the inbox before being handled, making this field the key signal for monitoring whether cross-product events are being worked through promptly.
