Photo Record Notes

While the subject gives the one-line caption of a PhotoRecord, the notes field is the place for anything else worth recording about the shot — lighting conditions, why it was taken, a scale or north-arrow reminder, or a cross-reference to related photos. It is entirely optional, so most quick documentation shots may leave it blank, but it gives photographers room to add context that would not fit in the concise subject line. The notes stay with the record permanently, so they remain useful during later analysis and reporting.
