The photographer field records who shot a given PhotoRecord, captured as free text such as a crew member's name or initials. It is optional, so a record can exist without it, but filling it in supports accountability and follow-up — if a plan shot needs reshooting or a caption needs clarifying, you know who to ask. Together with the dateTaken and subject fields, the photographer credit rounds out the provenance of each image in the project's photo log.
