Project Catalog Sequence

The `catalogSequence` on a Project is the running counter used to assign the next sequential number in an artifact's catalog number.

The catalogSequence keeps track of how many catalog numbers a Project has handed out. It starts at 0 and increments as artifacts are cataloged, and Relic pairs the current value with the Project's projectPrefix to build each artifact's catalog number — so a project with prefix "RBS" produces RBS-0001, RBS-0002, and onward as the sequence advances. Because it is a per-project counter, two different projects can both have artifacts numbered 1 without conflict, since the prefix keeps their catalog numbers distinct. You normally do not edit this value by hand; Relic manages it as artifacts are added.
