Project End Date

The `endDate` on a Project is the optional date the investigation concludes.

Use endDate to record when a Project's work wraps up — the close of fieldwork or the completion of the investigation. Together with startDate, it defines the span of the project, which is useful for reporting on how long the work took and for confirming that activity falls within an authorized period. It is optional and is usually left blank until the project is actually finishing, so an ACTIVE project may have a startDate but no endDate yet. Like the start date, it is stored as a calendar date because the meaningful detail is the day the project ended, not a precise time of day.
