Project Location

The `location` on a Project is an optional free-text description of where the work is situated.

The location field is room to describe a Project's whereabouts in plain language — a place name, an address, a landmark, or a narrative description like "north bank of the river, 2 km upstream of the Route 9 bridge". It complements the structured geographic fields: where county and state give the jurisdiction and the UTM and latitude/longitude values give precise coordinates, location provides the human-readable context that helps a crew actually find the place. Because it is optional free text, you can write as much or as little as is useful, and update it as access details or descriptions change over the life of the project.
