The CaseStatus enum summarizes where a delinquency case stands overall. An open case is still being worked through the lien stages; a redeemed case closed because the renter paid the balance and kept their belongings; and a sold case closed because the unit's contents went to auction. It gives a one-word answer to whether a case is still live.
