A DelinquencyCase follows one past-due lease through the lien process. It carries the current stage and an overall status, the openedAt date, and the lastEventDate, and it gathers the timeline of case events. The case is what staff open and work to stay on top of overlocks, notices, advertising, and the eventual auction or redemption.
