The Charge.amountCents field holds the amount amount in cents for a Charge record in Locker. It is a whole number stored on each Charge, and staff see and set it wherever Charge records are managed. Keeping amountCents accurate matters because the Charge is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
