A Charge is one entry on the money ledger. It has a kind such as rent or late_fee, an amountCents, an optional cycleKey that ties recurring rent to a billing month, and an optional note. Charges roll up into the renter's balance and into the rent-roll and aging reports, and they link back to both the lease and the renter.
