The Charge.note field holds the note for a Charge record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Charge, and staff see and set it wherever Charge records are managed. Keeping note accurate matters because the Charge is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
