The DelinquencyCase.lastEventDate field holds the last event date for a DelinquencyCase record in Locker. It is a date and time stored on each DelinquencyCase, and staff see and set it wherever DelinquencyCase records are managed. Keeping lastEventDate accurate matters because the DelinquencyCase is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
