The DelinquencyCase.openedAt field holds the opened at for a DelinquencyCase record in Locker. It is a date and time stored on each DelinquencyCase, and staff see and set it wherever DelinquencyCase records are managed. Keeping openedAt accurate matters because the DelinquencyCase is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
