The DocKind enum labels each document Locker produces or stores for a lease or delinquency case. A lease is the signed rental agreement; a late_notice warns a renter who has missed payment; a pre_lien_notice and lien_notice are the legally-required warnings before a sale; an auction_ad is the public advertisement of the sale; and a certificate documents the completed auction. Keeping the kind makes it easy to prove which notices were sent and when.
