A Document is a file Locker produced or stored, such as a signed lease or a lien notice. It carries a kind, a title, a url to the stored file, and a generatedAt time, and it links to the lease and, where relevant, the delinquency case it supports. Documents are how the facility keeps proof of agreements and legal notices.
