A Facility is the storage site itself. It holds the operating details that drive the app: the name and address, the lienState that selects which lien-law rules apply, the gateHours and officeHours shown to renters and staff, the lateFeeAmountCents and lateFeeGraceDays that govern automatic late fees, and the timezone used for billing dates. All of a tenant's units belong to its facility.
