A Tenant is one storage business's account in Locker, linked to its Stratum Suite organization through suiteTenantId. Every unit, renter, lease, charge, payment, delinquency case, waitlist entry, document, and audit event belongs to exactly one tenant, which is how Locker keeps each customer's data fully isolated. The tenant carries a display name and slug used across the app.
