The Facility.lienState field holds the lien state for a Facility record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Facility, and staff see and set it wherever Facility records are managed. Keeping lienState accurate matters because the Facility is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
