The Facility.tenantId field holds the tenant reference for a Facility record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Facility, and staff see and set it wherever Facility records are managed. Keeping tenantId accurate matters because the Facility is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
