The Lease.depositCents field holds the deposit amount in cents for a Lease record in Locker. It is a whole number stored on each Lease, and staff see and set it wherever Lease records are managed. Keeping depositCents accurate matters because the Lease is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
