A Lease is the rental agreement that puts a renter in a unit. It records the monthlyRateCents actually charged, the billingDay each month, the moveInDate and any moveOutDate, the gateCode, whether autopay is on, and any depositCents held. Its status moves from active through moved_out, in_lien, or sold, and it links to the charges, payments, delinquency case, and documents for that rental.
