The Lease.moveInDate field holds the move in date for a Lease record in Locker. It is a date and time stored on each Lease, and staff see and set it wherever Lease records are managed. Keeping moveInDate accurate matters because the Lease is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
