The Lease.tenantId field holds the tenant reference for a Lease record in Locker. It is a text value stored on each Lease, and staff see and set it wherever Lease records are managed. Keeping tenantId accurate matters because the Lease is part of how Locker tracks occupancy, billing, and the delinquency-to-auction workflow for the facility.
