An AuditLog entry captures a single meaningful action taken in the platform so it can be reviewed later. Each record names the action that occurred, the resourceType and resourceId it touched, and ties it back to a tenantId and userId so you always know which workspace and which person was responsible. It also stores metadata for extra context, the ipAddress the request came from, and a createdAt timestamp. Together these fields give administrators a trustworthy trail for security reviews, compliance, and troubleshooting.
