A User is a single person's account on the Suite platform, identified by email and name and authenticated with a passwordHash (or googleId for Google sign-in). Status fields like isActive, isSuperAdmin, platformRole, emailVerifiedAt, and termsAcceptedAt describe what the account can do and whether it has cleared onboarding, while lastLoginAt and lastTenantId track recent activity. A user joins workspaces through tenantMemberships, signs in via refreshTokens and loginAttempts, and accumulates a trail across auditLogs, apiKeys, dataExports, productAssignments, and accessRequestsMade. One user can hold several verified addresses through emails.
