An OnboardingMilestone marks a meaningful step a customer has completed while getting started, such as inviting a teammate or finishing first setup. Each record names the milestone reached and stamps achievedAt, and is tied to the workspace through tenantId and, where relevant, the person who did it through userId. A flexible metadata payload captures any extra detail about that step. Collected over time, these milestones let the platform measure onboarding progress, tailor guidance, and tell which tenants have or have not yet crossed important early thresholds.
