creditLimit is the ceiling on how much a buyer can owe at one time. Tally compares it against the buyer's credit used; once the used amount reaches or exceeds the limit, loadouts are blocked until they pay down the balance.

When credit used is greater than or equal to the credit limit, the buyer cannot load out. They must reduce their balance before livestock can leave the yard. A limit of 0 means no credit is extended.
