A loadout ticket is the pickup slip. Once a buyer's lots are invoiced, Tally builds a loadout that tells the yard crew which lots, how many head, and which pens to pull from.
A loadout moves through:
Pending — created, not yet cleared to leave.
Authorized — the office has cleared pickup.
Partial — some head have left, some remain.
Complete — everything is gated out.
A loadout stays blocked while the buyer is on a hold — whether from hitting their credit limit or a manual office hold — so animals don't leave before the barn is comfortable with payment.
