When a lot goes no-sale, you record why:
Under reserve — bidding fell short of the consignor's floor.
No bids — the ring offered nothing worth taking.
Other — anything else (animal pulled at the ring, dispute, etc.).
A no-sale reason only applies to lots in the no-sale status. It tells the consignor and the office why an animal came back instead of selling.
