Weekly Cattle — the routine cattle sale.
Special Sheep/Goat — small-ruminant sales.
Horse — equine sales.
Dairy Dispersal — a herd being dispersed, typically dairy cattle.
Bred Cow — bred females sold for production.
Mixed — more than one species selling the same day.
You set it once at sale creation; it then becomes the lens most schedules and reports group by.
