The AnnualReviewCycle record (AnnualReviewCycle) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each AnnualReviewCycle row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, academicYear, name, status, openDate, closeDate, selfEvalDeadline, reviewDeadline, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a annual review cycle as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every AnnualReviewCycle row carries a tenantId, one institution's annual review cycle data is never visible to another.
