The CohortSortRun record (CohortSortRun) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each CohortSortRun row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, sessionId, label, weights, metrics, isActive, createdAt, tenant, session. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a cohort sort run as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every CohortSortRun row carries a tenantId, one institution's cohort sort run data is never visible to another.
