The InterimReport record (InterimReport) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each InterimReport row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, timelineId, title, dueDate, status, notes, createdAt, updatedAt, tenant. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a interim report as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every InterimReport row carries a tenantId, one institution's interim report data is never visible to another.
