The ScheduleConflict record (ScheduleConflict) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each ScheduleConflict row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, termId, type, slotAId, slotBId, description, isResolved, resolvedAt, createdAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a schedule conflict as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every ScheduleConflict row carries a tenantId, one institution's schedule conflict data is never visible to another.
