The SelfStudyDocument record (SelfStudyDocument) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each SelfStudyDocument row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, bodyId, title, status, programId, academicYear, metadata, createdAt, updatedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a self study document as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every SelfStudyDocument row carries a tenantId, one institution's self study document data is never visible to another.
