The DocumentReviewComment record (DocumentReviewComment) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each DocumentReviewComment row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, documentId, sectionId, authorName, content, action, resolved, createdAt, updatedAt. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a document review comment as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every DocumentReviewComment row carries a tenantId, one institution's document review comment data is never visible to another.
