The StrategicKPI record (StrategicKPI) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each StrategicKPI row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, objectiveId, name, unit, baseline, target, currentValue, dataSource, lastUpdated. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a strategic kpi as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every StrategicKPI row carries a tenantId, one institution's strategic kpi data is never visible to another.
