The StrategicObjective record (StrategicObjective) is a record type in Chalk, the higher-education academic operations platform for curriculum, assessment, faculty, scheduling, accreditation, and budget. Each StrategicObjective row is scoped to a tenant and stores fields such as id, tenantId, goalId, title, description, sortOrder, createdAt, updatedAt, tenant, goal. These fields hold the data Chalk needs to track a strategic objective as faculty, staff, and automations work with it. Because every StrategicObjective row carries a tenantId, one institution's strategic objective data is never visible to another.
